What Is the Zero Bug Guarantee?

When a bug is encountered by one of your users or during the validation phase, we commit to fixing it as quickly as possible, for free.

Unlike some IT providers, we do not profit from delivering bug fixes. This guarantee ensures that the products we develop will always be of high quality.

Why we offer this guarantee

Our development process is built on automated tests covering nearly all of the code, systematic code reviews, and a firm refusal of workarounds. The zero-bug guarantee is not a gamble: it is the natural outcome of rigorous practices. It holds us accountable just as much as it protects you.

What Is Considered a Bug?

For the Zero Bug Guarantee to apply, it is important to define what qualifies as a bug.

A bug is:

  • A functional anomaly in the software that makes it impossible to use a feature.

A bug is not:

  • A missing feature.
  • A poorly specified feature that was approved by the client.
  • An issue introduced as a result of implementing a feature requested by the client, despite warnings from our team.
